At preschool today we celebrated Alex's 1/2 birthday (his 4 years and 7 month birthday) with mini pumpkin muffins frosted with cream cheese frosting. He came home with a very cute book that his classmates create for him. They each drew him a special picture and dictated a birthday message for him. He has such a sweet class.
They also started "R" week and over the long weekend built Recycled Robots to share with the class today. Alex and Papa even got out the power tools Sunday night to put this guy together. Like the others, Alex had very definite ideas on how this guy should go together and it was neat to watch him create the robot he had pictured in his mind.
