Today Emily turned 5-1/2. Ever since Sam's half-birthday she has been paitiently waiting her for her turn to take birthday treats to school. She requested mini-cupcakes (because with mini-cupcakes everyone gets 2!) with pink icing and sprinkles. I made the cupcakes late last night and then got up early this morning to frost and sprinkle them. Once again I got to you use my favorite cake decorating tool - and the cupcakes turned out perfectly! Emmy was really pleased with them, and I even had extras to freeze for later!
