A Surprise Visitor

My dad surprised me this morning with a short weekend visit. My mom's been in Utah since the first weekend of September and it looks like she'll be there until the end of October with her sister who is having some difficult health issues. We love and miss you mom!

He met us for breakfast at McDonald's after Sam's game and then followed us to the soccer fields, to watch Rebecca and Emily's games. He played lots of games with the kids, and then joined us at Diane's for a fun pre-birthday dinner. Emily took this great little picture of me with the other kids and my dad.
