The girls and I made cupcakes this afternoon for a little birthday celebration for Grandma tonight, Banana Cream Cupcakes. Yum. They are light and not super sugary sweet the way some cupcakes are. I used my pastry bag contraption with the filling tip to fill the cupcakes with the banana pudding. Sadly, this method was a complete failure, and I didn't know it until we ate them. The cupcakes were way too dense, no room for the pudding, so most of the cupcakes didn't get much filling in them. Next time I will cut out the center like I did for Rebecca's filled birthday cupcakes.
